In this Master Class, Dietitians and CNSs can expect to learn the following: 

• Identify the CPT codes dietitians can use to bill for MNT (hint: it is plan-dependent, but I got you!). You will receive access to a separate recording before the boot camp, just on CPT codes. 
• Understand the differences between billing for Medical MNT and preventative services covered under Health Care Reform. 
• Summarize the different ICD 10 codes each insurance plan ‘often’ accepts 
• Explain the billing exclusions for certain insurance companies (For example, who accepts Z codes, who does, limitations on units, etc.) 
• Generalize the best practices for dietitians new to billing & coding for MNT. 

Note: This class is NOT intended to teach dietitians HOW to bill. My group Reimbursement Coaching Programs does that :) It is instead designed to educate dietitians on the nuances and idiosyncrasies of the major insurance carriers [Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, United Health Care/Oxford/UMR].
