By submitting payment I understand and agree to the following terms:

• The content of The Reimbursement Dietitian's coaching program is based on Amy Plano's experience, knowledge, and research. Amy attempts to the best of her ability to ensure the accuracy of the information; however, The Reimbursement Dietitian's Program may contain inaccuracies, typos, or other errors.
• Amy Plano assumes no responsibility for such errors and omissions. The Reimbursement Dietitian's program is for general interest informational use only and does not include legal or financial advice. The program doesn't make no guarantees you will attain a particular result and income using the ideas presented in The Reimbursement Dietitian's Program. 

• I understand this is a SELF-PACED program, it's my responsibility to watch the trainings, complete the work & implement the steps in the reimbursement process.
• I understand my credit card will be charged the same amount on the same day every month. 
• I understand if I have selected a payment plan in the event my credit card on file is declined I have 48 hours to log in to Kajabi to update my form of payment. In the event a viable form of payment is not provided within 48 hours, I will understand I will lose all access to The Reimbursement Coaching Program. 
• I understand even if I choose not to complete the program or attend any of the live calls I am still financially responsible for the full payment. 
• I am not a dietitian who intends to bill insurance and reside in either Florida or Michigan. 
• I acknowledge that Amy will guide me through the reimbursement process, but I am fully responsible for executing the tasks requested of me.
• I understand that all states function differently when it comes to reimbursement & that I may need to seek additional support from state-specific professionals. 
• I understand due to the legal and potential tax implications of out-of-state credentialing Amy will coach me as if I physically reside in the state I am credentialing in. 
• I understand if I choose to credential in a different state (than the one I physically) reside in it is my responsibility to determine if there is a contract residency requirement where I will need to be physically present in the state. Amy will not be able to help me with this aspect of the credentialing process. 
• I understand the potential risks if I choose to operate as a telehealth only dietitian or CNS.
• I understand in the event something changes with how telehealth is enforced or a residency requirement becomes applicable I am still liable for the full payment of the program. 
•  I understand any questions I have regarding reimbursement will be addressed in the Facebook community or during office hours and NOT directed at Amy's private email.
• I understand while the program is six months in length, I have access to the course modules for 6-months from the start of the program.  
• I understand I have access to the FB page for 6 months from enrolling in the program. 
• I understand I have access to the LIVE calls for 6 months from the time I enroll in the program. 
• I understand once my six months have been completed, options will be available to me for continued access and support to the program 
• I understand that no REFUNDS will be issued once I sign up for this program.
