This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the purchaser ("Member") and Amy Krystock LLC, doing business as The Reimbursement Dietitian ("Company"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Member’s enrollment in the Company’s annual coaching membership program ("Program").

1. Membership Term & Fee

  • By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees to pay an annual, upfront fee of $999, which grants access to the Program for a 12-month period starting from the date of purchase.

  • This fee is non-refundable and applies regardless of the Member’s level of participation, satisfaction, or completion.

2. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Policy

  • This membership will automatically renew every 12 months at the then-current annual rate unless canceled in advance by the Member.

  • To cancel, the Member must notify the Company in writing via email at [email protected] at least 7 days before the renewal date. Please include “Membership Cancellation” in the subject line.

  • Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in automatic renewal and billing for the next term. No refunds will be issued.

3. No Guarantee of Results

  • The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding business success, financial growth, or professional outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.

  • The Member acknowledges that their success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other external factors outside the Company’s control.

4. No Legal or Tax Advice

  • The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

  • The Member is solely responsible for consulting their own licensed legal, financial, and tax professionals for specific guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, and written content, are the intellectual property of Amy Krystock LLC DBA The Reimbursement Dietitian.

  • These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or reliance on the Program.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
