WHAT YOU DON’T GET:

  • Legal hiring advice: You may need to consult with an attorney during the hiring process. Labor laws and contracts are no joke, and they are state-specific. This course doesn’t replace legal counsel in any aspect of the hiring process.
  • Tax advice: You may need to consult or hire an accountant (if you don’t have one). This course doesn’t provide or pretend to offer tax advice or services.
  • Contracts: I provide many forms, templates, resources, and checklists. This course does not offer legal documents like hiring agreements and employee handbooks. I know I have already mentioned this, but I always get asked to share my contracts, so it’s worth repeating. If you wish to have these things, you must seek them out externally. Amy can suggest recommendations but doesn’t offer legal contracts as part of her course.
  • Individual access to Amy. This is a group coaching program. All questions must be directed towards Amy’s private Facebook community or addressed during Office Hours. Currently, there is no 1:1 aspect of the Dietitian’s hiring course. This may be an option in the future, but the entire program is currently hosted in a group setting.
