Level 3 Reimbursement Coaching Program : Paid in full option

Level 3 of my reimbursement coaching program is for dietitians who have been successfully billing insurance for a minimum of 1 to 2 years. They are pretty awesome at billing however they aren’t afraid to admit they need additional clarity from time to time with the various insurance plans. They have most of their practice systems in place but could benefit from maximizing the efficiency of these systems. They have some additional sources of revenue (programs and packages, a la carte services, courses) already created. But they are not generating the profit they would like. In addition, they are looking for support in expanding their team. They want to add on either new RDs, administrative staff, virtual assistants, etc, and need support in this expansion.    

In addition to the training modules, you get 6 months of access to: 

 

  • My private Facebook page where we celebrate wins, asks questions & dive deep into the reimbursement process
  • Access to LIVE group office hours.  Here is a link to the calendar for LIVE events. 
  • Weekly Voxer Office Hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm for you - my private client
  • Unlimited weekly (Monday - Friday) submissions (via Airtable) for me to review content, programs, your website, social media captions/posts, marketing material 
  • One monthly call (60-90 minutes) with me 

 

Then based on your level of progress and short-term goals you may receive additional training and access to resources on topics such as:

- A la carte services

-Building out kick-ass programs, courses, packages, or memberships to support your current practice 

-Creating and selling passive products 

-Refining your current systems 

-Minimizing your involvement on the back-end of your practice 

-Effectively managing your finances and minimizing your liabilities 

-Hiring (and firing!) new RDs, assistants, marketing peeps, accountants, bookkeepers

 

Florida & Michigan RDS: Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get credentialed in these states. Therefore, at this time I will not be accepting any RDs from these states into my reimbursement group coaching programs. 

  

Carefully read the nitty gritty 

By submitting payment you acknowledge that: 

  • I understand this is a SELF-PACED program, it's my responsibility to watch the trainings, complete the work & implement the steps in the reimbursement process.
  • I understand that even if I choose not to complete the program or attend any of the live calls I am still financially responsible for the full payment amount for the program. 
  • I am not a dietitian who intends to bill insurance and resides in either Florida or Michigan. 
  • I acknowledge Amy will guide me through the reimbursement process BUT I am fully responsible for executing the tasks requested of me.
  • I understand that all states function differently when it comes to reimbursement & that I may need to seek additional support from my Reimbursement Rep with state-specific questions.
  •  I understand any questions I have regarding reimbursement will be addressed in during Voxer Office Hours and NOT directed at Amy's private email.
  • I understand while the program is 6 months in length I have access to the course modules for 6-months from the start of the program  
  • I understand I have access to the FB page for 6 months from the time I enroll in the program. 
  • I understand I have access to the LIVE calls for 6 months from the time I enroll in the program. 
  • I understand Amy will review content in Airtable weekly for 6 months from the time I enroll in the program.  
  • I understand I receive one monthly call PER month per my 6-month commitment and that my calls don't roll over month-month. I can't bank all of my calls but must instead schedule them 1 x per month.  
  • I understand Amy's schedule is busy and I need to schedule my calls ahead of time to obtain my desired time slot and date. 
  • I understand once my 6 months have been completed options will be available to me for continued access and support to the program at a discounted rate
  • I understand that once I sign up for this program NO REFUNDS will be issued.
