Welcome to the Fast Track to Credentialing Like a Queen – 7 Day Challenge! 💅 I cannot wait to see you slay those credentialing applications without losing your sparkle.

Here’s how it works 👇

The 7-day challenge begins on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EST and concludes on November 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. 

You will have access to Kajabi, where all the credentialing training materials are located. The training resources are only available during the challenge. 

Once the challenge begins, all the training materials become available. 

At the conclusion of the challenge, you lose access to the training material. 

Things you should have before starting the challenge: 

1. Physical office address to use for credentialing purposes. Insurance companies don't allow you to offer services virtually only. 

2. Your business entity is established with the EIN you intend to use. If you change your EIN, you will need to recredential from scratch under the new EIN. 

3. Malpractice insurance 

The cost of the challenge is $99.00. However, if you follow the challenge rules and successfully credential with at least TWO health insurance plans, you have the opportunity to earn ALL of your money back. 

There are resources to credential with all the major commercial insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. 

There is no training material to credential with Medicare or Medicaid.

Additionally, there is no training available for credentialing with any of the smaller state-held plans. 

You can credential with as many insurance companies as you want. However, to recoup your investment (the $99), you must complete at least TWO credentialing applications. 

Note: Some insurance companies in your state and zip code may be closed to new dietitians. In the event they are closed, unfortunately, those will not count towards your results. I will let you know when the challenge starts and which network I anticipate being closed.  

Challenge Rules (also known as Your Royal Decrees): To qualify for a refund, all the following must be completed. Most RDs don't care about the refund; they want the support, which is totally cool. 

1. Attend a minimum of two Zoom calls the week of the challenge 📞 – Show up live, learn, and shine.

 Calls last 30 minutes & to earn credit for the call, you need to stay for the whole call. 

2. Social media engagement 📱 – Post a minimum of 3 social media posts (reels, stories, or single posts all count) during the challenge on IG, tagging Amy at @reimbursement_dietitian 

3. Complete TWO credentialing applications ✅ – You must finish at least TWO complete applications during the challenge.

 4. Share your win in the FB group 🎉 – Post proof of your completed application in our private Facebook group so we can celebrate your crown moment. You can also double-dip and post the win externally to social media to have it count towards your social media engagement requirement. 

5. Schedule a call with me - At the end of the challenge, you will receive a link to schedule a call if you completed all the required tasks. You must schedule your call within 7 days of completing the challenge to be eligible for a chance to win back your money. 

*ZOOM calls will be hosted on the following dates and times. You will need to attend and stay for at least two calls. They will last no more than 30 minutes. You can CHOOSE any two you want. However, you do need to attend at least two sessions to qualify for a refund. If you can't attend based on the schedule, you can still participate in the challenge, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

The following are networks are closed or require additional steps beyond the scope of this challenge: 

Exception/Exclusions

Iowa -- BCBS Wellmark doesn't credential dietitians as in-network providers. 

Georgia -- BCBS of GA many zip codes appear to be closed. 

New York - the network has been closed since 2019. Not accepting any new providers. 

South Dakota - BCBS Wellmark doesn’t have credentialed dietitians in the network. 

Florida - Florida Blue doesn't credential dietitians; many other networks are closed to new dietitians.

Michigan - Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't credential dietitians.

Texas: Aetna and Cigna closed in many zip codes. 

IL - Aetna requires you to be a Medicare provider BEFORE credentialing with them. 

California - Cigna closed for all CA-based dietitians.
