Level 3 is NOT for you if:

  • You are not yet billing insurance consistently. Go back to Level 2 and stabilize your billing first. Trying to scale a broken billing system makes everything worse.
  • You are just starting out. Level 3 is not a shortcut to skipping the foundational work. Levels 1 and 2 exist for a reason.
  • You want someone to build your systems FOR you. This is a membership, not a done-for-you service. You implement. We support.
  • You cannot commit to 6 months. Scaling a practice takes time. If you're not ready to show up consistently for 6 months, wait until you are.
