Fast Track to Credentialing Like a Queen 7-Day Credentialing Challenge 👑

Welcome to the Fast Track to Credentialing Like a Queen 7-Day Credentialing Challenge!

I cannot wait to see you slay those credentialing applications without losing your sparkle.

Here's how it works 👇

The 7-day challenge begins Monday, December 14, 2026, at 8:00 am EST and ends Sunday, December 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.

All the credentialing training materials live inside Kajabi. They open the moment the challenge begins and disappear when it ends, so plan your week now and don't snooze!

Things you need BEFORE the challenge starts:

  1. A physical office address to use for credentialing. Insurance companies don't allow you to offer services virtually only.
  2. Your business entity, established with the EIN you intend to use. If you change your EIN later, you'll need to recredential from scratch under the new one.
  3. Malpractice insurance.

What's covered (and what's not):

✅ Training to credential with the major commercial insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare
❌ No training for Medicare or Medicaid
❌ No training for smaller state-held plans

You can credential with as many insurance companies as you want. To earn your Crown Credit, you need to complete at least TWO applications.

Note: Some insurance companies in your state and zip code may be closed to new dietitians. Applications to closed networks won't count toward your two. When the challenge starts, I'll tell you which networks I expect to be closed.

The Crown Credit

The challenge is $99. Last year, finishers got their money back. This year, I'm doubling it in CREDIT.

Follow the Royal Decrees below, and you'll earn a $198 Crown Credit toward ONE of these:

👑 The 6-Month Reimbursement Group Coaching Program
👑 The Reimbursement Academy
👑 A private 30-minute call with me. I don't sell 30-minute calls. Ever. This is the only way to get one, and only the first 10 crown holders to book get a spot.

The Crown Credit is for new enrollments only, has no cash value, and must be used by January 31, 2027.

Most RDs are here for the support, not the prize, which is totally cool. But it's a pretty sweet bonus.

Challenge Rules (aka Your Royal Decrees)

To earn your Crown Credit, complete ALL of the following during the challenge:

1. Attend at least two live Zoom calls. Show up, learn, and shine. Calls last 30 minutes, and you must stay for the full call for it to count.

2. Post on social media 📱 Share at least 3 posts (reels, stories, or single posts all count) on IG during the challenge using [#HASHTAG] and tagging @reimbursement_dietitian.

3. Complete TWO credentialing applications ✅ You must finish at least two complete applications during the challenge.

4. Share your win 🎉 Post proof of your completed applications in our private Facebook group AND on social media tagging @reimbursement_dietitian by 12/20/26 at 11:59 pm. Your social proof post can double-dip and count toward your 3 posts.

Before you post proof, hide your SSN, date of birth, NPI, CAQH login, and any other private info. Celebrate your win, not your identity theft.

Live Zoom Calls

Calls are 30 minutes max. Choose any two that work for you. If none of the times fit, you can still join the challenge and use all the training, but you won't be eligible for the Crown Credit.

  • Monday 12/14: 5:00 pm EST
  • Tuesday 12/15: 1:00 pm EST
  • Wednesday 12/16: 5:00 pm EST
  • Thursday 12/17: 7:00 pm EST
  • Friday 12/18: 5:00 pm EST

Exceptions and Exclusions

The following networks are closed or require extra steps beyond the scope of this challenge:

  • Iowa: BCBS Wellmark doesn't credential dietitians as in-network providers.
  • Georgia: BCBS of GA appears closed in many zip codes.
  • New York: [Payer name] has been closed since 2019 and isn't accepting new providers.
  • South Dakota: BCBS Wellmark doesn't have credentialed dietitians in the network.
  • Florida: Florida Blue doesn't credential dietitians, and many other networks are closed to new dietitians.
  • Michigan: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan doesn't credential dietitians.
  • Texas: Aetna and Cigna are closed in many zip codes.
  • Illinois: Aetna requires you to be a Medicare provider BEFORE credentialing with them.
  • California: Cigna is closed for all CA-based dietitians.

Because of these limits, this challenge isn't available to dietitians who intend to bill insurance and live in Florida or Michigan.

This is YOUR time to stop stalling, start sparkling, and finally conquer credentialing like the boss you are.

Let's do this!
